Appropriate online content and
discussion guidelines.
We reserve the right to remove content that does not meet
our discussion standards. MyAuditions does not assume any liability if such content is not
removed, and makes the final determination about whether content is objectionable or not.
MyAuditions doesn't endorse or oppose opinions expressed by our visitors. Visitors who
generate content in our discussion forums that do not meet our discussion standards shall
be removed. Serious offenses will result in removal of access.
These guidelines apply:
1. Age:
You must be at least 13 years old to
participate in any part of the MyAuditions Community.
2. Language:
Mild expletives and non-sexual anatomical
references are allowed, but profanity, strong vulgar language, crude, lewd or explicit
sexual references and hate speech -- harsh personal insults and epithets directed against
one's race, religion, ethnic origin, gender or sexual preference -- are not allowed even
if disguised with asterisks or other text and characters.
3. Images:
We do not allow the posting of images in the
discussion forums unless otherwise permitted by
MyAuditions.
4. Sex/sensuality:
Discussions of sex using
inappropriate language and more crude conversations about sex is strictly forbidden.
5. Personal attacks:
No personal attacks are allowed.
"Personal attacks" are defined as comments that reflect upon the person instead
of their opinion.
6. Identity:
Real names must be provided upon
registration. No impersonation of other participants, public figures or MyAuditions
employees or contractors is permitted.
7. Disruptive behavior:
Please stay on topic and
restrict your comments to the subject at hand. Refrain from "spamming," or
"flooding" or the repeated posting of the same message over and over. Do not
transmit or facilitate distribution of content that is harmful, abusive, racially or
ethnically offensive, vulgar, sexually explicit, or in a reasonable person's view,
objectionable. Hate speech will not be tolerated.
8. Defamation of character:
Do not post
material that is defamatory, threatening, disparaging, grossly inflammatory,
false, misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, inaccurate, unfair, contains gross
exaggeration, hearsay or unsubstantiated claims, violates the privacy rights
of any third party, is unreasonably harmful or offensive to any individual
or community, contains any actionable statement, or tends to mislead or
reflect unfairly on any other person, business or entity.
9. Personal information:
Do not share any personal
information or information about others -- phone numbers, e-mail, home address, etc.--
with others on the site. Any such message board posts will be removed without comment.
Chat participants may be restricted from using the chat system. This is for your
protection! No speculation about the identity of other participants.
10. Copyrighted material:
No copyrighted material is
allowed. Please use links instead of quotes.
11. Advertising:
No advertising or self promotion of any kind, including
non-profit organizations, is permitted in open discussion boards
unless otherwise authorized by MyAuditions. Users
may include tag lines that includes individual Web sites only if the
individual Web site is directly associated with said user.
12. Format:
No oversize fonts, JavaScript, tables,
headings or other advanced HTML commands are allowed. Please use only bold or colored
fonts to emphasize your points.
13. Right to edit:
By participating in the MyAuditions
Community discussion forums, the user hereby grants MyAuditions the right to edit, copy,
publish and distribute any material made available on MyAuditions.com by the user. Please
read our Terms of Service agreement.
14. Proper online conduct:
Online conduct
should be guided by common sense and basic etiquette. You will be considered in violation
of the Terms of Service if you violate any
of the standards outlined above.
15. Illegal behavior:
The laws that apply in
the offline world must be obeyed online. We have zero tolerance for illegal behavior in
the MyAuditions Community discussion forums. We cooperate with law enforcement on such
matters.
