Jonathan Mednick, President & CEO
Mr. Mednick is a professionally trained classical musician. At age
twelve, he was
the youngest trumpet player ever accepted to the Pre-College Division of the Juilliard School of Music (New York, NY). Mr. Mednick has also attended the undergraduate
program at the Cleveland Institute of Music (Cleveland, OH); the Summer Jazz program at
the Eastman School of Music (Rochester, NY); and the Summer programs of both the Tanglewood Music Festival (Lenox, MA) and the Aspen Music Festival (Aspen, CO).
Mr. Mednick has been involved in Internet Web
design and strategies for more then 12 years. He has worked for Web design firms in South Florida; an IBM business partner focusing
on the small to medium size organizations as a Senior
Sales Manager; and Arthur
Andersen, as a manager of their Advance Technology Group within its Business Consulting
unit developing Internet strategies for Fortune 500 companies
throughout the state of Florida.
Shortly thereafter, Mr. Mednick was promoted to the National
technology team focusing on
Internet initiatives for Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 Andersen clientele
worldwide. His focus of expertise extends to project management, Internet business
strategy and experiential design.
Prior to
founding MyAuditions, Mr. Mednick was a Senior Manager for Emerald
Solutions, a large system integrator based out of Portland, OR., supporting their
ecommerce initiatives throughout the Southeast United States.
Mr.
Mednick holds a Bachelor of Music degree from Indiana University's School of Music
(Bloomington, IN).
Mr. Mednick plays the trumpet, piano and guitar.
Jack K. Bracewell, Jr., Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Bracewell is the former President of Carolinas Publishing Consultants of
Asheville, NC, a firm specializing in corporate identity brochures and web
technology for the building trade industry. Mr. Bracewell began his eBusiness
career, as co-founder and Vice-president of
Sales and Marketing for TerraByte, an Internet service provider and Web
design firm located in Boca Raton, FL. Since then, he has held positions as
COO of 21st Century Medicine, an Integrative medicine technology
based company; Director of E-business for IMRglobal; and as
Vice-president of Sales and Marketing for Data Resource Group, one of IBM’s
largest business partner in Florida. Mr. Bracewell has a
strong background in technology, E-business,
E-Commerce, and Internet
consulting. His sales, marketing and management background spans more than
twenty-seven years.
Mr. Bracewell plays
guitar and sings vocals.
Lou Navarro, Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Navarro is a senior IT Executive with more then
twenty-three years experience, providing
business solutions through improved technology. He has assisted a wide variety of
companies across a broad range of industries in the successful management of numerous
project teams, business environments, organizational structures, and methodologies. His
exceptional organizational, communications, interpersonal and leadership skills have
served to effectively integrate company goals and objectives into achievable deliverables
on time and within budget. Mr. Navarro's unique mix of technological knowledge along with
his strong command of business processes make him a natural leader in business analysis,
problem solving, project management, and team building. At his most recent engagement, Mr. Navarro served as an
Internal Consultant for Sunbeam Corporation, a fortune 500 company, leading their
deployment of ERP solutions at a global level. Prior to that, he held the position of CIO
for Data Resource Group, an IBM business partner and was instrumental in developing their
Services and Solutions division from concept. Mr. Navarro holds a Masters in Dynamics of
Organizations from the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton) and a Bachelor in Decisions
Science and Computers from Rider University.
Mr. Navarro plays percussion.
Perry Long, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Long is a finance professional with over
fifteen years experience with SunTrust, a large super regional commercial bank. He spent over 10 years in Commercial
Lending, including 6 years as a Commercial Lending Manager where his responsibilities
included ensuring the credit quality and profitability of the groups loan portfolio. His
extensive lending experience includes managing asset based lines of credit, commercial
mortgage term loans, and letters of credit. Mr. Long is currently part of the Investment
Department, where he is serving as a Portfolio Manager responsible for equity portfolios
for high-net worth clients. Mr. Long holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida
State University, and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Florida.

James Karon, Vice President, Product Management & Business
Development
James Karon specializes in Product Management and Business Development for
start-up companies in niche market segments. In the function of Product
Management, he is focused on developing business and marketing strategies on
both a company and product level. As a Business Development executive, his
focus is on developing strategic alliances to create mutually beneficial
partnerships. At MyAuditions, Mr. Karon's main focus is to offer licensing
opportunities with educational institutions and arts organizations to
integrate MyAuditions technologies into their existing Web-based services.
Mr. Karon recognized the growth potential of the Internet in 1995 when he
joined the industry to work for companies such as LowerMyBills.com,
Earthlink, and eHobbies.com. He holds an MBA in marketing and finance from
San Diego State University and an BA in Economics from The University of
Wisconsin at Madison.. Mr.
Karon wishes he played an instrument. |
